Navy Point treks on Sundays

Hallmark and Jake,

I have to work this weekend, so I won't be able to walk in the park. I'm hoping to get my old bicycle out and running by the next Sunday. If not, I'll walk again. Hopefully hubby will be free to come with me. He's looking forward to seeing you, Hallmark!

I'll be there by 8:00 Sunday morning if anybody is interested...

I have church scheduled for this Sunday morning. There is a way for us to go to a Saturday night service in lieu of Sunday morning, but this Saturday evening (today) we're hosting HG for a smoked mullet dinner.

I have tickets to a race in Mobile starting at 2:00.. One of these week everything will come together..

I have to past this Sunday I am going to Erics tonight. . Woot!! Woot!! We will put it together again pretty soon. All is good!!!!

I'll go tomorrow morning and go for a bike ride myself if nobody else shows up.

I'm in Hoover. HallmarkGrad can't make it to Orange Beach this upcoming Saturday... he's visiting his daughter in Texas.

Anybody up for a ride in Orange Beach at 9:30 on Saturday?

Later on, (on Saturday), we're gonna ride over to the East Hill Music Festival.

Parking is limited and they suggest walking or biking to get there.

I'm going to see the movie on the base tomorrow morning, then Safe Haven tomorrow afternoon, so I won't be able to ride on Saturday. I went to Navy point this morning just to try out the new bilke and had no problems at all. I left the boat landing and rode until I saw a sign that said 2.25 miles and after another 10 minutes or so turned around and went back. Sunday morning is no problem if anybody wants to meet for the walk or ride..

Sorry, Jake. I have been in transit from Birmingham this afternoon. We're going to go down to the boat and do some work on it, since we don't have riders early tomorrow. I'm gonna try to talk Christine into going for a bike ride in Navy point after that. With the weather man predicting rain chances increasing in the evening, we're gonna try to ride about noon and beat the rain.

If Sundays early rides are favored by most riders, we will adjust our church schedule to make the time to ride with y'all.

Sunday is great for me this week....

Dang it, I can't go this week due to work. I need to retire.

This teardrop trailer is from the Neiman-Marcus Catalog ($150K... whew)

Neat, EE! One of my good friends and his wife are members of a Teardrop club, and he has rebuilt and completely restored several of them back to original condition. Well, THEY have. She is a seamstress and did all the curtains, seat cushions, etc. Teardrops are SO neat... I love them!

Any time is good for me I guess... The race starts on TV at 1:30..

We're gonna try to be at Navy Point at 8am.

I only slept about an hour last night and I feel like poop. Bowing out again...
