I saw a commercial about it on Channel 3 a couple nights ago. I cannot remember what was said, but during it they posted a website for it. http://maritimey.org/

Excellent question. Website says: "Parking will be part of a negotiated agreement, and we feel confident that all parties can reach such an agreement." Yeah right. |

| If you wanted to work out the evening of a game you will have to pay to park...i would imagine that would be a boom to other fitness places downtown | |

Yeah right. How about a half-mile away? (Dadgum YMCA patrons will be tuckered out just GETTING to the place.)

Not a problem. They will park over by the Commendencia Slip and catch the Studerville Trolley or the Shoe Leather Express is always available. I expect the YMCA will have to raise the dues to members. So that plus the parking hassle will send a lot of members to the other Gyms

Yeah right. How about a half-mile away? (Dadgum YMCA patrons will be tuckered out just GETTING to the place.) I think the negotiated parking will be talked about then forgotten like the Museum, public marina other items at the Ballpark. That property is far to choice to waste on parking.
