Standing naked in the doorway of your house..okay in NC....

Residents in a Charlotte neighborhood say they are fed up with a neighbor they say stands at the front door of his home naked, but police say he's not doing anything illegal.

People in the Cardinal Glen neighborhood in north Charlotte say the man has been doing this for nearly ten years and on Friday, they called police again.

"I was out rolling the trash can on Friday and I just happened to look over there and he was standing there buck naked," neighbor Pecolia Threatt said. "It's not good to have people walking around here naked like that a grown man like that with all these kids out here you know,"

Anyone who does that wants to be seen.

Walking around town naked is legal here, and sometimes folks do it. We even had a tourist who came here just for that when he heard he could walk around the grade schools in the buff. You just can't do it downtown.
Ashland Oregon folks. It's not 'all that'.

It seems crazy to display your shortcomings.

Some things are best left to the imagination.

The winter would give new meaning to nipping it in the bud... lol.

Well, it depends on what he looks like.

It all reminds me of the old story of the elderly woman in a nursing home. She called the manager in and complained of a young man who lived in a high rise apartment complex next door. She said he never closed his blinds and walked around his apartment, completely nude.

The manager looked out the window at the apartment the elderly woman mentioned and could see nothing at all. The apartment window was on the 4th floor and far too high to see through from the lady's street level apartment.

The manager pointed out to the elderly lady that there was no way she could be bothered by anyone in that apartment walking around naked.

The elderly lady then pulled her chair over her window and said, "yes you can. all you have to do is stand up on this chair just like this."
