| A little late but "1984" seems to be appropriate reading now. Makes me wonder who is really in charge, if anyone, of these agencies. | |

Used to be nice when 'reasonable suspicion'.....'probable cause'...and warrants were part of the process...of course that still gave power to the judicial system to grant but better than just allowing a government agency total access....what could possibly go wrong?.... | |

| Well, supposedly a judge is going to grant a warrant for this. If the past is any indication, the judge will have a rubber stamp that says "approved". According to Wikipedia - Quote :

Agree.... If there's already a foregone conclusion that it's needed then a signature with just be a formality...NOT comforting whatsoever.... Just bugs [no pun intended] that our rights are given away so easily...Ex: Sen Feinstein was alright with this process until someone on her staff was monitored and then it wasn't....but what did the senator or any or the other senators do about it?.....Made excuses and moved on.... | |
