Violence breaks out near site of vigil for teen killed by police

I even heard the cops eye socket was shattered in the fight.   Oh well I was on Trayvons side till the facts finally drizzled out. Seems like this kid earned his bullets.

Orbital blow-out fractures are painful.....and can be dangerous if the fracture traps the nerve.

What does that mean?

      Just read the account of the situation on CNN's site from a friend of the officer involved... There was a question as to why brown turned around and 'charged' back....According to this [officer's version] after collecting himself from the beating he again ordered the two to 'freeze'...The two began to taunt the officer which comments like..."What are you going to do"..."You ain't gonna do nothing" and "You won't shoot"...it was at this time that brown charged after several verbal commands to stop....and then we know what happened.
 
      The officer's version matches with the medical examiner's findings on the wounds....The shot in the back while leaving with hands raised was simply fabricated...
 
      This individual was a felony suspect (robbery--assault and battery on the store owner or clerk...battery on a law enforcement officer and attempted battery on a law enforcement officer) and based on the evidence found it now appears that the shooting was justified.....which means that in these last two national stories there is an 0-2 record for those immediately determining that this was 'murder in cold blood'....Wonder if the cowh will apologize for his comments against the officers using "excessive force"....

But but but.......he was a good boy about to start college. Perhaps Obama needs to wait for the evidence before assuming the white cop is in the wrong. This crap with Obama, starting with the Boston professor, has caused racial division and has spurred violence. Now we have Holder coming in and a third autopsy.

It's just difficult to accept that fact that once again some have made fools of themselves by pronouncing guilt prior to an investigation....The cowh...several in the media....Jesse Jackson...Al Sharpton...The new black panthers and the usual politicians....There is a record here and they've been wrong and have done nothing to help with any situation they involve themselves into....

     If you're going to attempt to say it's my story and personally could really care less what you may or may not believe....once again you're misguided and not comprehending what I posted in the first place...The article was on the CNN website and was given through a friend from the officer involved or that's how CNN reported they obtained the information...
 
     The problem is that the evidence...facts of the case simply don't match the reports/allegations that the individual was shot in the back...hands up...leaving the scene...This is what sparked the outrage and violence...Then when the facts began to come out...the autopsy showing that the wounds were to the front of the body...witness accounts that actually matched the evidence...the officer sustaining serious injury...and the accounts that the individual charged the officer...This case like all others will come down to whether deadly force was justified on the part of the officer as defined by laws...regulations and policies...not speculation... allegations.... what if's...and thankfully not investigated through the biased media and the race baiters...
 
     Understand that it's very difficult to try and save face for some after making ignorant comments about this case prior to an investigation concluding but some will realize that the sensationalism of the reporting [if you can call it that] initially produced an inaccurate portrayal of the incident while some others continue to make ignorant comments even after the facts are released...But it's also proof of what some drive-by posters have done and continue to do followed up by the classless comment...The "friends" story has more holes than Michael Browns body..

       The same lack of logic that was used in the Martin Case is being applied now...That case should have never went to trial but the pressure from the cowh...holder drove some weak kneed officials to cave in and was a waste of money...see a pattern here?....
 
        There are some that are pressing that the prosecutor in this county remove himself because his father was murdered by a black man in 1964!!!!...so this guy has become a victim in this incident and had his professionalism and legal abilities questioned without a shred of evidence to support.....If this were allowed to happen then any and every case this prosecutor worked on since 1991 would or could potentially come under review because his alleged [unproven] bias because of the murder of this father by a black man.....On the other hand the AG has made statements that racism has influenced his life on many levels on his personal experiences of being treated unfairly...Several statements that he and the cowh are/have been treated like no others in their position and it's racially motivated...So based on the same reasoning against the prosecutor....we should expect Mr Holder to recuse himself?....Is Mr Holer biased towards this white officer or any other white officer because of his personal experiences?....
