There's no dispute that there was a struggle at the police vehicle.

Does that justify shooting at the deceased as he was running away, or more importantly, filling him full of lead from 35 feet away when he turned to surrender.

The medical examiner only concluded that the shots that hit Brown were not fired at extreme close range like it would in close proximity struggle...

The last I read was that Brown kept charging and he finally fell pretty close to the LEO... not 35 feet away.

Yah, that's from the "friend" of the cop's account.

But, if you look closely at what she claims happened, you'll realize pretty quickly that it's nonsense.

There are five eyewitnesses that concur - Michael Brown struggled with the officer at the vehicle, a shot was fired, Brown broke loose and fled, the cop pursued while firing, Brown turned to surrender, and that's when the cop unleashed the fatal barrage.

Why are these witnesses being discounted?

Pretty powerful young man to be hit with shots and continue moving forward prior to the fatal shot...There were estimations that Brown was approximately 35' away prior to his 'charging' towards the position of the officer...

The point was made the cop did a pretty good targeting job with a busted eye socket....this case gets stranger and stranger....

Goes to training and part of that training is NEVER give up even when injured...May have saved the officer's life...
