I'm here! I've been toggling back and forth. Just told my husband about Eric's stream.....he'll be checking out the pics in a few.

Here. Been on the road with work. Looks like a bad day for one of Pensacola's (now former) policemen.

A very bad scene.

There are a lot of professions (military....LEOs.....nursing....teaching)....that require an incredible amount of self-discipline and restraint in the midst of people who are trying to push your buttons while you carry on an extremely important job.

We have got to acknowledge the intense levels of stress among certain professions and ensure that they get time off and some kind of provision for healthy activities that allow them to vent or relieve stress....like gym memberships, yoga classes, boxing, tai kwon do, bicycles, painting or art supplies...

Just a few months ago, an airline captain stripped down in the cockpit and started running through the cabin an proselytizing. It would have probably been an entirely different outcome if his airline paid for his running shoes and entry in a few 5K races.

Something's gotta give.

Correction. The Jet Blue pilot did not strip. After his rant had begun, he went to the forward lavatory during which the first officer locked him out of the cockpit so he could safely land the plane. The pilot went ballistic and the other passengers and crew subdued him.
