Always a weak “leader”, BHOs expanding list of diplomatic fumbles has resulted in growing disdain by other world leaders. Add to that his many failures to turn the economy around in spite of dumping billions of dollars into ill-conceived programs and you have the most inept President since Carter. His regrettable “line in the sand” statement over Syria was irresponsible at best, foolish at worst. He should have never broached the subject and now wouldn’t be the laughingstock of the world over his backpedaling, lies, and excuses about how it was the “worlds” red line. Ever the narcissist, BHO shot his mouth off and now belligerents all over the world know he is an empty suit who can’t back up his hollow “threats”. Putin laughed off BHOs ineffective response to Crimea, Iran is expanding its reach, China probably doesn't even think about BHO anymore – his insignificance guarantees their freedom of action. No, BHO is not to be respected.

If he is going to be the sort to get involved in every damn other country's business, he would do well to review a chapter from 8th grade US History and take a page from Teddy Roosevelt: "Speak softly and carry a big stick."

Why should I be offended? It's the uninformed voters who keep electing unqualified candidates whose only qualification is to spout impossible to keep promises that ought to be offended by their poor choices - but they seldom are. The weakness displayed by BHO is affecting this nations ability to maintain its international interests, of which there are many.

But he'll make a speech in Europe criticizing Russia for their gay rights stance...Is that really at the top of the list with the activity in Ukraine? His attempts to get the EU to follow him is failing so yes he's pretty much a prop at these world meetings.
