| I was trying to post a link to NorthEscambia.com's story on Powell and it didn't matter how I tried to disguise it, the software rejected my post.

Since you're the Admin, you probably cannot duplicate the issue. There is a setting that Boards changed. Apparently, there is a restriction on posting links to external websites for members that have been present for 7 days or less. | |

Is this the link that you were trying to post. I logged in as GR and I had no problem posting the external ling and GR does not have anymore privileges than anyone else.
Try to post an external link and see if it works for you now since I made some adjustments.
