“[A]ll of the materials retrieved from any electronic equipment obtained from former Secretary Clinton for the investigation are evidence, potential evidence, or information that has not yet been assessed for evidentiary value,” the FBI said in the filing.

Release of any of that additional information “could reasonably be expected to interfere with the pending investigation,” it added.
The FBI refused to publicly confirm other details of its investigation, and in the Monday evening filing declined to outline what, if any, laws it believes may have been broken to prompt its investigation. It also would not say who the target of the investigation is or confirm reports that multiple senior Clinton aides had been interviewed as part of the probe.

Still, the claim that all material is being treated as current or potential evidence could bode poorly for Clinton, who this week clinched the role of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

The FBI months ago took control of Clinton’s server, which was used to run her private email setup from her New York home throughout her time as secretary of State.

The federal bureau's filing was made in a motion trying to kill an open-records lawsuit from Vice News journalist Jason Leopold.

In addition to that filing, the FBI asked the court for permission to offer another secret declaration outlining the steps it had taken to search Clinton’s machine for documents related to Leopold’s request."

Not just a flawed candidate...flawed individual....This just may be the first time that she has been challenged/questioned for her actions and simply her dismissal/denial/lies isn't or hasn't been enough to make the problem disappear...When the FBI conducts an investigation if they are nothing they are through...at some point [experts estimate end of June] they will end their investigation and send their conclusions up the chain of command and that's where the real spinning and covering up will take place...but if their investigation information is made public then it will not be good for hrc...

One way or the other let's get this over with.....

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who has now reviewed the immunity agreement between Bryan Pagliano and the Justice Department, said the document should remain sealed “because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential.”

The only ones that doesn't have her freakin e-mails seems to be the investigators!...And even if they did...who thinks the doj would coverup anything that would prove her to be the criminal that she is...

How long has this investigation been going on? If they had something they would charge her.

Some of the mails had classified information in them.. Would YOU want classified info about your husband, wife, or children in the military being released if they were in the war zone and the info was where they are at and what they are planning on doing??

Like I stated earlier....there are sheep that will follow blindly....What you've posted is exactly the reason this isn't partisian politics and/or some kind of evil republican conspiracy...it's national security and unfortunately lives are on the line when there are violations of these laws...rules...regulations....There is no excuse for this incometence and/or arrogance and if the name wasn't clinton and it wasn't a democrat there would be OUTRAGE on the part of the left...One person was allegedly outed...Valarie Plame and there was debate about whether she was even a covert agent but some of these same democrats weren't complaining about the cost of investigations/inquiries then....they made claims that it would "lead to the steps of the White House"....now when there were clear violations without question involving classified/top secret information somehow some feel and now claim...these investigations are too lenghty...costly and politically motivated...It's all bullshit and the wagons are and have been circled by the most corrupt administration in the history of the US in order to protect hrc and the democrats....

One of the bad things about the whole thing is that there are a few RINOs that are doing the opposite of what the voters want and are standing behind HRC and Obama..
