When the  "Y" was trying to get the property at the Maritime park(?) none of this was relevant.  Now it is  Go figure...


From the PNJ
But before the Y board can approach any prospective land owner, Williams said it will have to complete its survey on how much land will be needed for the Y building and for its parking.

“We have a pretty good idea on the square footage we will need,” Williams said. “We are still talking with local health care providers about a partnership, and our final square footage will depend on which health care partner we go with.

They weren't worried about parking because there is a parking lot already at the CMP.

Problem is, half of a dozen entities will be sharing that dadgum parking lot, including the ball park.

I can't wait to ask: "How is that parking thing going?"

Studer gives 5 mil to YMCA
YMCA now wants to build on Studers  PNJ property(Returning some of his "Gift"

LOL  The Damn Good New Boys are kicking Ass.........

Did you see what the Studers named their LLC? It's called the "Daily Convo LLC", as in the Daily Convo on PNJ led by Mike Suchchiki. Strange, very strange. Now why would they do that?

Glad you posted. I thought the same thing but just thought I was reading it wrong............Wonder why he did not buy the ECUA property. I guess he has a bigger debt to pay to the PNJ. Sad things is that this has all been planned along time ago. Just a game to them.
