Now that the place that bought recyclables from ECUA has shut down, I wonder if ECUA is still going to collect recyclables on the same day?

What's the use in separating the garbage if all of it is going to the landfill?

The place in Alabama closed? Nothing ECUA does makes sense.

The Montgomery place blamed lower prices for their processed goods, so they have shut down "temporarily". There is no idea on when (or if) it will reopen.

Escambia County had a facility at the Perdido Landfill and they called it a MIRV facility, I think. Employees would hand pick through the garbage for recyclables. I don't know where the "pickings" went. Maybe it can be resurrected.

That wouldn't be feasible if the pickings went to Montgomery... duh.
