These things blow my mind

Stare at the dot between the guy's eyes.

My mind must be already blown, because I can't figure out what I'm supposed to see here. It looks like one color picture and one black-and-white picture to me.

What is the significance of staring at the dot between the man's eyes?

When it switches to the black and white photo my mind substitutes some of the grays to color... For a few seconds... Like I see the guy's jacket as a creamy brown, but it is really gray.
