I think that's terrible. I am against a police state. But I am not against police at all.

Take their tanks away if you want. But if you neuter them too much. We will have societal collapse. Because I'm not sure if you have noticed but many places around the country are out of control. And its not the cops doing it. Its the populace. Gang violence is increasingly terrible around the nation.

Perhaps its too late for us to go back to simple police? Maybe we should have let them do their jobs to begin with, but we chose to tie their hands by allowing crooks to be seen as "victims". Now we got a mess.
