| 1.5 miles to my office and it's a rare thing indeed when I don't encounter some brain dead nitwit who shouldn't be riding a tricycle much less driving a vehicle. Today a hard head clown in a beat up work van towing a trailer turned left in front of me at an intersection as I was going straight through. I slammed on my brakes and hit the horn. Of course Mr. Sh#t For Brains flipped me off and honked his horn. I'll remember that van and trailer......and the hard head redneck driving it. | |

| I was going down Barrancas one time and I was in the inside lane. There was a delivery truck in the outside lane and a frizzy-haired goofball driving it.
He hit his left turn signal and I flashed my lights (a well-known trucker signal that the lane is clear and "come on over"). The guy stuck his head out of the driver's window, cursed me and waved his hand wildly like I was a SOB. I just stayed behind so he could come on over.
But I did call his boss when I got to the office...

But I did call his boss when I got to the office... That's funny, E... I'm glad you called the owner of the delivery van. I also use my headlights to signal "the lane in front of me is clear for you to switch" and other things like, "cops ahead," etc., and have also been the target of verbal and gesture-abuse by the numbskull drivers with whom I was trying to communicate and assist. Back home we'd had a significant, very unwelcome influx of people from Los Angeles into our little community, and each time I received an a-hole-ish response for trying to help a passing driver I always thought to myself, "You ain't from around here, are ya?"

| Oops spoke too soon.....Blue Angel Hwy....near one of the crossroads before reaching Gulf Beach Hwy...landscaper truck and trailer makes a left turn into the left lane in front of me while the right lane was free of traiffic..he was going all of 35 miles an hour....THEN...approaching 98...a lady pulls out of McDonals stuffing an egg mc something down her throat...stops in the left turn lane blocking it and then pulls across two lanes in order to make a right hand turn while feeding her face..a dodge challanger in the right turn lane had to go off the road to avoid hitting her....thought I was mad but the driver of the challanger was really melting down....must have been 'braindead nitwit driving day'... | |

| Drivers with flashing turn signals and they never turn...
Drivers that pass you on the interstate, get back in your lane and slow down... twice.
While you're waiting on a side street to pull out and that guy you were waiting for turns onto your street without a turn signal...
Drivers in front of you that slow to almost a complete stop before turning...
Drivers that pull out into interstate highways going 15 mph slower than traffic... THEN they speed up.
Assholes that drive in an empty lane past a long queue of cars patiently waiting, and butt in the head of the line...
I gotta stop now. I'm getting angry just thinking about these idiots.

| Not using a turn signal drives me NUTS !! Most of the time when these jerks don't use a turn signal I see them talking on their cellphones.
Another thing I get mad about is drivers who don't have their lights on well past sunset.
You would think seeing other cars with their lights on would get them a clue to TURN LIGHTS ON !!!!
Another clue to these bone heads is when they see their instrument panel DARK, TURN LIGHTS ON !!!!

Good to see you posting.... Miss you! Hey, my phone doesn't work here, so I can't call you. Email is best, but my connection sucks, so my responses won't be timely. I can text because I have Google Voice and I can read and send via the computer. I posted some more pictures in the Earth Porn thread. I think it's here in the "General" section, but I'm not sure. XOXO!
