Third officer acquitted....Correct decison on seven charges!...Thankfully this judge refused to be swayed by political correctness
D/A Mosby overcharged and displayed incompetence in her duties as Baltimore's district attorney....She, and the mayor both should have already been removed from office based on their actions or lackthereof....The then new A/G Lynch promised justice and promised a federal investigation into civil rights violation(s) and the cowh commented prior to facts/evidence hell even an investigation had concluded...Once again incompetence at all levels....
Today this judge even asked the prosecution when it failed to even mention it's reasoning for the charges---'rough ride defense' and the prosecution could not answer...Now there is talk that the three remaining officers may have charges dropped....even this may be too late for some to save face and you can be sure the cowh will not mention the incompetence and his own rush to judgement was an embarrassment....
