Woah!!!! NASA says 3 foot seal level rise IN NEXT DECADE!!!!

That scared the shit outta me.  I plan on retiring to my home in Southwestern Escambia County, and some of the bridges accessing that area will be under water with a 3-foot sea level change.  

But the next paragraph in the article says this in contradiction... at least for the time frame.

“It’s pretty certain we are locked into at least three feet of sea-level rise, and probably more,” Steve Nerem, lead researcher on NASA’s Sea Level Change Team, said on a conference call Wednesday. “But we don’t know whether it will happen within a century or somewhat longer.”

Well, that's as clear as mud. A certain decade or an uncertain up to 100+ years.
