Something from Eric's and my favorite tv program.

I never heard of Kacey Musgraves until this morning.
I just watched a segment of CBS Sunday Morning and Kacey Musgraves and her music were the subject of it. She and her music are being tauted as something which could be changing country music. The way she put it in the interview is "country music doesn't have to be about trucks and tailgates".

Missed it. But I just watched the Carol Burnett segment.

If you recorded the show BE SURE and watch the opening segment (about how doctors are being trained). That one was a mind-blower.

I also watch CBS' evening news. The full news is streamed without commercials... I love it. I click on http://www.cbsnews.com/evening-news/, then click on "Full Episode" at the upper left of the large picture, and run it. If you have the bandwidth, it is a very good service.

That's not the segment presented on the tv program. That's a supplement to it called "web extra".
But I'm glad you found it because it gives some more insight into Musgraves.
When the tv show segment goes up I'll link it. The networks always delay the full streaming of the shows until after they've
been broadcast to the west coast viewers (because the broadcast affiliates don't want to play second fiddle to the internet).
