Print that page out and use it a few times. You will get the hang of it pretty quick.
2. Uploading a pic to the internet from your hard drive. That process is more convoluted because it has to be uploaded to a picture sharing internet site... or to the Forum's sister internet site, ServImg. Uploading to ServImg is easier, but it won't do animated GIFs. For some reason, ServImg takes Animated GIFs and converts them to JPEGs, killing the animation. Animated GIFs have to be uploaded to a place like Imgur and then you post a link to the GIF on Imgur's site. I will work on a better tutorial on this...
