Just finished listening to the cowh's speech at McDillAFB.....Remember the 'Line in the Sand' in Syria promise if chemical weapons were used?....Well now we all found out the reason that the rhetoric was backed away from----according to the cowh it was the fault of Congress...Had Congress given or provided a declaration of war or authorization for military force that would have given him the authority but because there was none he was unable to back up his tough talk. So he talked tough on the world scene with some of our allies and then when it was discovered that chemical weapons had been used the cowh lost his voice and backed away from his tough talk....Once again, it's the fault of someone else and apparently Congress MADE him give the tough talk ultimatum...Incredible that even as he's going out the door he's kept the streak of nothing is his fault intact....
