Cops severely beat man-man awarded $650,000

Another cop arrived on the scene and immediately began violently kicking and punching Pusok in the head. The other officer also appeared to pistol whip Pusok with the taser.

Seven other officers then arrived, some of whom also begin kicking and beating Pusok while he lay prostrate.

“In the two minutes after the man was stunned with a Taser, it appeared deputies kicked him 17 times, punched him 37 times and struck him with batons four times. Thirteen blows appeared to be to the head,” reported NBC Los Angeles.


THE COPS HAD AN ORGY...only the bad ones were in attendance...

That requires extensive conditioning and training.

So, the citizens are required to pony up and pay settlements, while few of the offending LEOs are fired.

What the deputy's did was wrong and I will make no attempt to make excuses for them.

However at the beginning of the video it says 'There are two deputy's down. I can't worry about that now I have this guy on horseback', or something like that. If those two deputy's were at the crime scene and the guy on horseback had something to do with their being 'down'... Well I could see where things can happen in...

Even if the accused HAD injured a LEO, there is absolutely NO lawful reason that a different LEO can beat the shit out of the perp.

LEOs are not the Judge, Jury, and Executioner.   PERIOD!

This reminds me of the video of a different perp that ran from the cops, wrecked his car and was thrown from the vehicle into a ditch... unconscious.  En masse, the cops came up to the unconscious man and beat the shit out of the seemingly-lifeless body.
