What's wrong with publicizing a private business if it makes controversial practices? If the beliefs are biased or publicly unacceptable the business will fail of it's own volition... as it should. I'm always amazed how each public segment wants to use govt force to enforce their beliefs... seemingly unaware that granting govt that power ensures it's eventual use against themselves.

So someone should seek out some these gay and gay-supporting bakeries and go in and ask them to decorate a cake in a variety of variations:

1. Ask them if they will make a Christian orientated cake.
2. Ask them if they will make a right to bear arms cake.
3. Ask them if they will make a right for all mature willing companions to marry cake.
4. Ask them if they will make a KKK or Neo-Nazi (if you're into that kind of thing because I'm not) cake.

Then if they refuse to make the cake sue them for violating your 1st Amendment rights and any others.
