Spanish Noodles



1 or 1 ½ lbs. of Ground Beef

1 tsp. Chili Powder

Salt & Pepper

6 oz of Egg Noodles (½ pkg.)

1 can Stewed Tomatoes

1 small can tomato sauce

½-cup water

Shredded Cheese



Brown beef in a deep skillet and drain….leave in pan.

Add seasonings and stir.

Layer un-cooked noodles on top of the beef and do not stir.

Pour tomatoes, sauce and water over noodles. Do not stir.

Cover and cook on medium until mixture steams.

Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.

Cover top of mixture with shredded cheese.



*Optional cooked beef with chopped onions.
