I don't have an iPhone, but I hear that Dark Sky is a great weather app. It isn't free, but people seem to love it.

Elecont is a superb weather app... they have platforms for both Android and iStuff. I give it 10/10 stars.

With Dark Sky, it will tell you, for example, that it will rain where you are located, in 38 minutes... and it is usually correct.
