Voted YES on allowing electronic surveillance without a warrant.

Voted YES on continuing intelligence gathering without civil oversight.

Voted YES on adopting the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.

Voted YES on emergency $78B for war in Iraq & Afghanistan.

Miller has no original thinking at all. He is absolutely the worst Congressman to ever be elected to District 1.

I will concede that his efforts brought the VA's JACC to Pensacola, which is a first class facility.

He may be good at bringing earmarks home, but as a political leader, he sucks.
