I just got done fighting a bed of army ants that decidedto male home of a old bag of charcoal

I need a bigger grill. I've decided that I'm not cooking them ribs again till they buy me a better grill

A little secret... baby backs are pork back ribs. The others are probably pork spare ribs, which are meatier but have some weird cartilage extensions on some of the ribs.

Oh

Well then I'm doing 2 pork spare ribs and some smaller looking beef ribs that claim they are baby backs lol

Anyway my old woman is coming out. I'm too dn old for this lol

If it wasn't for beer, I'd be kicking myself for showing off your ribs making them want them :p

I've found over my lifetime that bbq improves proportionally to the amount of beer I drink while cooking. Just a friendly tip for y'all... lol.
