| Some of the judges are good, but still let the bad ones get away with being bad, so they should be voted out also.. I would love to see bad judges voted out with NO retirement or benefits..

The voters are the only accountability that judges face...There are sentencing guidelines that sometimes limit but seems at times to be far more bad decisions... | |

| Sentencing guidelines should not allow judges to let repeat felony (DUI/weapon/theft/violent) offenders back on the streets with probation.. Just imagine if it is YOUR spouse or child that is the one the crime is against, not the criminal.. | |

| The problem is that juries don't know their power...they can over ride the judge any day..hell they can even over ride the law itself....jury nullification.. | |

| The juries are not the ones releasing them from jail or prison early, that is 100% the judges.. | |

| As long as we have laws imprisoning and robbing people for smoking a weed and the need for employes in our prison factories we will have an inconsistent system...gotta let real criminals out or else who would the cops have to arrest and lawyers defend ?...it's a business after all... | |
