Happy Vernal Equinox... Spring has sprung

When the length of days equal the length of the nights.

Our azaleas are starting to bloom, the Bradford pears are snow-white, and the tulip trees (Japanese Magnolias) are in bloom.

Methinks I won't have to stoke the wood stove until the fall... Yippee!

I am happy Spring is here. I'm still stoking the fire in the woodstove, but it is really warming up and getting nice. The low today is -7, high +24, but it has been even warmer than this lately. I had to laugh yesterday... a motorgrader came and plowed our roads. It was the first time the borough (aka the county) had plowed them since November. Gee, thanks. lol

I am so jelly that you already have things blooming, E. I cannot wait to see and smell life from the earth again.

Seemed like a long winter this year. I am packing up my garage heater! Yea!

Almost time for Pollen.
