Did you see the thread I put up about Aspartame in milk? The producers want to put it there and hide that artificial non-nutritive ingredient from kids, because they wouldn't want anything low-calorie... so, "let's just hide that ingredient from everybody"... "It will be better that way"...

The Chinese are worse about serving up bad food, but we're poisoning ourselves too.

I read yesterday that immigrants are shortening their lifespans by a year or two... just by moving to America and living our lifestyle.

No, I didn't see the article about Aspartame in milk. I do know that Aspartame is some bad stuff. It affects the phosphorus/calcium balance in the human body, if I recall (Joani?).
