I completely agree, E. Like I said, the whole short film was absolutely tragic and horrific,... absolutely, positively sickening, but it was SO beautifully done. The cinematography & photography is just AMAZING... fantastic work!

Yeah, the first one would probably upset you, I'd imagine. I did post it here with you and SheSurfs in mind in particular, but I understand. The last three don't show anything gory or anything... it's just upsetting because of what we've done and continue to do to the planet, and there's no sign of stopping in sight.

I agree, plastic should be outlawed, first and foremost the elements that aren't biodegradable. One of my sisters does a really good job of not buying or using anything plastic, but she still lives up in Humboldt where there are plentiful options if one doesn't want plastic in their home. It's much more difficult for you, even moreso for me... At least you have Ever'man's. We don't have a single store within an 1-1/2 hour drive where you can buy food in bulk. My sister always brings me a bunch of bulk groceries from up north when she comes down... good sister.

Rice, I was afraid the clip may have shown dolphins, whales or sea turtles. It would have broken my heart to see that. For reasons unknown, that sort of thing hurts me on a deep level that I don't even understand.

That's another reason my husband and I decided not to apply to crew on the Sea Shepherd. I would not have been able to handle seeing whales slaughtered by the Japanese whalers.

Oh no... just non-descript fish. No dolphins, whales, sea turtles or anything like that in the 4-minute clip.
