More proof of pay to play......

After being DEFEATED in the election....donations to the clinton crime foundation aka play for pay have dried up....there's the reality of politics plain and simple....what have or can you do for me lately and now being a DEFEATED candidate on the outside seems that hrc is not paying off any longer....Imagine how those that 'donated' now feel and the money they've lost....they gotta wonder how this sure thing didn't pay off----couldn't have happened to a better group....

2012: The Florida Attorney General's office received at least 22 fraud complaints about Trump University.

2013: The Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi, announced her office was looking into joining a class action lawsuit against Donald Trump for tax fraud with regards to Trump University.

Four days after the announcement, *And Justice For All* (a SuperPAC supporting Bondi's reelection campaign) received a $25,000 donation from the Donald J. Trump Foundation.

A day later, Pam Bondi announced Florida would not be joining the lawsuit after all.

2016: Citizen for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed a complaint with the IRS, alleging that the donation was a violation of Federal Tax Law. The Trump Foundation responded by saying the donation was made in error -- despite the fact investigators discovered Bondi herself had solicited the donation personally, had endorsed Trump for President, and made repeated public claims she and Donald Trump had been friends "for many years."

The state had no choice but look into the matter.

2016: September: Investigators concluded the donation had indeed violated laws regarding political contributions from nonprofits such as the Donald J. Trump Foundation. Trump was forced to reimburse the foundation from his own money and pay a penalty to the IRS in the form of an excise tax.

2016: November 8th. Donald Trump is elected 45th President of the United States of America. He lost the popular vote, but won the Electoral College. There are 19 Electors from the State of Florida, all cast their vote for Donald Trump.

Pam Bondi, as it happens, is one of those electors.

2016: November 20th. Pam Bondi joins the Donald Trump Presidential Transition Team.

In one section of the form, the IRS asked if the Trump Foundation had transferred “income or assets to a disqualified person.” A disqualified person, in this context, might be Trump — the foundation’s president — or a member of his family or a Trump-owned business.

The foundation checked “yes.”

Another line on the form asked if the Trump Foundation had engaged in any acts of self-dealing in prior years. The Trump Foundation checked “yes” again.
