| Yep, he got me...the elusive Deer Tick. Don't know when but after a few months of classic symptoms ( I thought I had the flu or some auto-immune disease) the doc hit it on the nail head when I finally went in for a check. Glad it was not RA or Lupus, both which she tested. Just Lyme disease. Every joint in my body aches and she said it will get worse before it's better but the 21 days of antibiotics will kill the bacteria.
Anyone with any wisdom on this? | |

| No insight... but I feel terrible for you. I guess children can really react badly. | |

| How's that, T?
One of my nephews had it when he was 7 or 8. He was one sick little fella.
I'm just very achey. | |

| She got it in Pennsylvania on a camping hiking trip. She was diagnosed and had the same symptoms as you. She researched naturopathic cures and found one that worked for her. You would have to talk to her. | |

| I guess I'll stick with the 21 days of antibiotics since I've already started. It would be interesting to hear how someone kills the bacteria without them. | |

| Thanks, I realize that but since you always have a song for every thing I figured he might be Ben. | |

| Your posts with the music are always interesting. My daughter and I always come up with songs as we notice random things or topics come up in conversation. I think it is a gift that only the extremely intelligent possess. | |

| Well, back to the drawing board. Now the doc is saying the tests came back negative on the long term. She said sometimes that is 40% inaccurate. So what the heck? Referral to a rheumatologist. | |
