$50 Billion to Iran for signing a nuke deal with the US.....in addition to tens of billions of dollars in frozen assets!...Sanctions being lifted and they (Iran) control the where/when of inspections....This administration can sure drive a tough bargain!....This is being reported as the cowh's legacy deal...looks like most of this other actions....Oh yeah now the USS Roosevelt is headed into the region to prevent Iran from shipping arms to the rebels in Yemen----that they told us they were sending....A month ago Yemen was the model for fighting terrorism/extremism...

Sad....but very true!....It's really not laughable but read an article that was very critical of Rand Paul which he was called a dangerous radical and one of his opinions/positions is that we [US] should at the very least reconsider foreign aid to countries that don't like us....that's now radical thinking?....McCain criticized in the article that Paul is the 'most dangerous candidate' on foreign policy matters....again not a defense or endorsement of Sen Paul...but shouldn't some of the career/establishment politicians [both parties] realize that it's been their policies that haven't worked out so well over their tenures/careers...no wonder were are in debt to China and less safe than we have been....

I read something similar. Not surprising after all the years of Ron Paul being called crackpot, lunatic, crazy, and so forth for his foreign policy views. But it is still disappointing after all this time. One has to wonder what it will take for people to see...

Maybe the good people of Arizona will retire Sen McCain in his re-election bid....after all 80 years of age perhaps it's past time....

Yeah, I agree with that.

It's too bad that not only because Ron Paul talking some sense among so many who talk nonsense earned him names like crackpot, but that folks continue to judge his son on what they thought of his dad years ago. I truly believe that if these ideas were introduced anew today they would not for one moment be thought of as crazy or crackpot. I think Rand Paul may be guilty only by association.

That and he's ticked off the old guard establishment in particular John McCain....To his credit Rand Paul has gone and gave speeches in places the establishment republicans have ignored for decades and he doesn't change his message in an attempt to appease the crowd seated in front of him.... Another, like him or agree with him or not...but Ted Cruz falls into the same category in the respect that the career politicians don't take kindly to the younger upstarts not being quiet and kissing their rings for their political blessings...Really like the idea that both have pitched about cutting or eliminating foreign aid to nations that don't like us...And Paul is the only candidate that I've heard that has forcefully spoken out about the NSA and their keeping tabs on law abiding citizen's electronic devices and services....and sadly those two issues alone cause him to be labeled as a crackpot?....Used to be someone that was on the side of freedoms, rights, and the Constitution were praised rather than belittled...

Well said... the radicals and extremists are now believers in limited govt.

That is not a natural progression... it's taught to the masses.

Exactly...great point..."it's taught to the masses".....Government dependence has created this mess....

Headlines this morning:
Name [cowh] speaking about Baltimore...Republicans are blocking investments in urban communities

Dems say more federal spending is necessary

FYI: Baltimore has been controlled by Democrats since 1967.....

If throwing money and govt at this issue were the answer...

things would be improving... not declining. We need to objectively examine the problem.

That includes an honest self-examination of the urban communities and the culture.

No more blame game and shirking responsibility... look in the mirror.

We haven't hit $20 trillion yet...

http://www.usdebtclock.org/

...So we're probably under budget.

If we could get those damn wealthy people with a couple million dollars in inheritance to just sign it all over to the government everything would be just fine and the progressive agenda would be on track...
