Fresh Fruit Lime Syrup

1 cup of water
1 tbls. of corn starch
1 cup sugar or splenda
1 tsp. lime zest
1/4 cup lime juice

Whisk water and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Whisk in sugar, zest, and lime juice. Bring to a boil over low heat and boil 1 minute while whisking constantly. Chill 2 hours

Pour sauce over fruit and serve.

Suggested fruit....pineapple, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, mango, sectioned oranges.
