There's the problem...right there.....[name] cowh 'promised to fix this'.....

It'll never fly. When the Feds argue that certain evidence is Top Secret and cannot be admissible, the judge will side with them.

No evidence = no case.

Here's a reporter investigating juvenile sexual assaults in michigan prisons. She was tailed after and then issued a supeona for her notes. It's not just local police that abuse their powers... the culture comes from the top.
