Busted....

NY State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver was arrested on Thursday....charged with receiving $4 Million in Bribery Kickbacks....Silver has been a powerbroker in NY politics for over 20 years....

Even with the arrest NY Gov Cuomo [who's under investigation] continues to support and NYC Mayor DeBlassio called him "a man of integrity"....

This time it's a democrat but could have just as easily been a republican....but the larger problem is another career politician that is corrupt/criminal [allegedly] and even in the face of the arrest some still support based on political affiliation and deals....

Cuomo vowing to fight corruption when elected established an independent corruption investigative task force to look into matters statewide.....when the task force received information about Cuomo and began an investigation....the governor dissolved the task force...

They were formed and did what they were supposed to do....then fired by the same politician that assigned them to find OTHERS' corruption....NOT HIS!....To his credit Cuomo said their investigation in now way entered into his decision to can them...Bad enough that they are corrupt but think people are really that stupid...
