Pearl Clarkin and Big Jim Brown In the industry and music competition world Pearl Clarkin is considered a triple threat. Not only does she sing with an ethereal voice that has been called "enchanting," "angelic" and yet "sultry", she also writes her own music and is a spellbinding entertainer. The crowd will love getting to know her and Big Jim Brown on Tuesday, Oct. 2 from 7-9 p.m. at Gulfside Pavilion.
Pearl has been writing since the age of 12 when she wrote her first song with Macy Gray at an American Idol camp. She sucessfully entered the singer/songwriter world at the age of 14 when she moved to Nashville to persue her craft. Pearl produced her first video, Even Though I Want To for CMT.
