Rick Scott was not charged with any crime. He was the CEO of a company that apparently had a issue with their billing department. That company paid its fine and is still in business. Medicare an Medicaid billing is extremely complicated so someone in the billing department, obviously made a bad call costing HCA a lot of money. But again, it was taken care of. He himself has done no wrong.

crist on the other hand has a lot of crooks that have been put in JAIL
