| There are whispers that should a vacancy occur on the SCOTUS the administration would consider....Secretary of State John Kerry or AG Eric Holder....Can you imagine the confirmation hearings for Holder?...Speculation is that the administration/media has been talking a vacancy for Justice Ginsberg before going into the mid term elections...which is why Justice Ginsberg has stated..."I'm not going anywhere"... Reading that Holder would even be considered is just another reason to make sure Harry Reid and the democrats are booted from control of the Senate.... | |
