better US relations throughout the world...according to the cowh..... Well not according to Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan who stated in an interview that he no longer speaks to the cowh....This is an ally of the United States... The first problem is that the PM felt betrayed by the US in the Syrian conflict after the red line comment and felt the US should have done more to remove Assad.... Other leaders have cooled their relationships with the current administration of the NSA incidents...

Pretty bad when he has to talk to Biden instead. The arrogance and detachment from real issues by Oblamer is disgusting. He's in his usual "campaigner-in-chief" mode and doesn't have time for anything else.

Sec of State Kerry says the administration is more engaged and the cowh is on top of world situations better than any one else in the last 12 years....hint hint...President Bush....

Reports a couple of days ago reported that even Biden is beginning to distance himself from the cowh on foreign policy issues....

That's a very good question....going back to past presidents there always seemed a special relationship with at least one world leader...ie...Reagan & Thatcher, etc., but there doesn't seem to be a friendship with any foreign leader and the cowh...
