| Hopefully, y'all can read the text in the graphic below. Essentially, a judge has released a prisoner after the Prosecutor stated that they could no longer prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the prisoner had inflicted injuries on his child. Hopefully, he wasn't guilty of perpetrating the damages in the shaken-baby syndrome case where his baby son died. I just find that the Prosecutor statement flabbergasting. In so many cases I have seen before, even when ironclad evidence points to exoneration of a prisoner, the Prosecutors do not back down, saying that they got the right guy and he should remain in prison. This is a new one on me. | |

| It's possible he didn't do it.. Maybe it was the mommy, or who knows how many other people who had contact with the baby.. It's better to release 1 guilty person than it is to hold an innocent person in jail for something he didn't do..
I wish lie detector tests were legal in courts, but I haven't heard of any ever being used.. | |

| Glad to see prosecutors who are reflective, taking the onerous aspects of their job to heart. | |
