BUT how many others died because of the incompetent lying leadership over the last 5 years? IF he kept his word and brought the troops back, the attack probably never would have happened.

The administration listened to the words of the Ambassador who didn't want any larger military presence in the area.
If they hadn't and had sent in half an army, the Republicans would have complained that they didn't pay attention to the ambassador who was much closer to the situation than they were.

This Administration can't win with you guys because there's not one single action they can take to satisfy you.
They could cure cancer and you'd find something wrong with it.

People are beginning to notice that and are not listening to the far right much anymore.

And Jake, I agree with you. He should have brought the troops home immediately.
I doubt that would have changed the Benghazi situation at all, but it might have made that part of the world less angry at us, so it's possible.

Most people in the Republican party aren't interested in what the Arab world thinks of us. They only care that we can bully everyone on the planet around if we want to.

Shoot, most Republicans aren't listening to the far right (read tea baggers) anymore. There are more moderates than most people realize out here.

Just for fun...who are the 'moderate' democrats?...Pelosi?...Reed?...Schumer?....Durbin?...Waxman?...Boxer?....Feinstein?...Hoyer?...The cowh?....Is it any better that these far left elements are listened to?...They've been in control of the national agenda and their records all need to be examined for what they've done...if some like thier 'accomplishments' then that's fine...but the stats would indicate the numbers of Americans do not support their records on many major issues...The so called 'moderate' republicans are more in line with those listed above then their own campaign rhetoric...These so called moderates are more willing to cave in and receive nothing in return...If that's not the case then with the increase in the debt ceiling ...farm bill ( that is reported to be 80% nothing to do with farming/farmers)..and other spending increases...name the spending cuts?....Oh yeah....Veterans and the Military are the first that have been on the chopping block...those that actually served and contributed to society and were PROMISED are sacrificed in order to hand out to those that have sat back and done nothing except drain the system...If this alone is an indicator of 'moderates' and thier take on governing then it's too bad because the spines are and have been missing...

If the "silent majority" start to speak up and get media time things would improve. Unfortunately the media focuses on those who make the most noise - regardless of whether the noise is beneficial to good government. Both far left and far right are the only ones who get the press. It's a shame.

Just like those that have dropped out of looking for a job...the silent majority has got to the point of surrender...

If they get hungry enough, they will take any job they can find, but as long as they are given handouts for doing nothing, they will keep doing nothing.. Once the damn politicians are voted out, they will either look for jobs or run for a differentr office.. Of course, the ones benefitting from them being in office will vote them back in, no matter how much it hurt the rest of the country.. We should have a poll about WHO wants amnesty for illegals, who wants them rounded up and jailed/deported, and another question is WHAT benefits should they get? Medical assistance, school assistance, food assistance, housing assistance.. Should they get anything before the returning military get it, ie; medical care and any other things they get..

Couldn't agree more!...And now the immigration issue has become a political agenda to add even more beholden to whichever party caters to allowing those that are law breakers to have 'rights' which tells MANY that the old saying about playing by the rules and following the laws...well didn't mean that....Lastly to add insult to injury....the government has allowed sanctuary cities to protect illegals...provide them with healthcare and other services...and tells law enforcement agencies at the federal...state..municipal levels to IGNORE and not enforce the laws...Orders coming from those that took sworn oaths...and while these illegals get government assistance...there are veterans and other legal citizens that have been ignored...

The ones that ALLOWED the sanctuary cities and ANY benefit to illegals should be voted out for not following the laws and treason, no matter what party they are or position they were voted to hold.. They are breaking the laws just like a bank robber or murderer.. WHO decides what laws to uphold and what ones to ignore?? They took an oath to uphold ALL laws, not just the ones that get them votes. The damn judges should be issueing bench warrents to have the guilty ones arrested, not letting them go with a slap on the hand.. Let the illegals move into the house next door to the judges and politicians.
