One of the biggest supporters of [name] cowh healthcare....has gotten his staff exempted from this 'law of the land'...Wonder what's wrong in DC?.....When there is a discussion of the failure of Congress (Senate) ...the lack of leadership by 'Dirty Harry' has got to be at the top of the list... CNN article...Every member of Congress that supported this legislation and then expempted themselves and their staffs should be exposed for the frauds that they are prior to the 2014 campaigns and elections....

Just another example of blatant hypocrisy by an ultra-liberal progressive bonehead.

Guess then it really isn't 'the law of the land'....with exemptions granted to Congress/their staffs. other government employees.....Certain corporations....and some unions....If this is such a wonderful deal with the best interest of American's healthcare....why the delays?.....exemptions?....lack of openess in the passage?....Ability to deliver what was promised?...and why were so many up for re-election democrats screaming for a delay( and got a delay) until after the 2014 elections?....

Well let me expand on my answer. After Dec 31st this year for individual plans there will be no more medical underwriting, therefore all today's present individual plans cannot be sold after this time, which will make all individual plans sold after this date compliant and under the obamacare law. Anyone that purchased an individual plan that went through underwriting after March 23, 2010 and up until Dec 31, will have to change, depending on what company and state sometime in the next year and a half. Group insurance must comply (right now we know they have a way of changing their minds) Jan 1, 2015. So exempting his staff from obamacare compliant plans will not work down the road. Will the group mandate's ever become effective? Who know's. I still see that part of the law changing quite a bit if not completely thrown out the window.

Insuring the uninsurable or people with pre x, great idea. But great idea's in the hands of wrong people will go awry and this did.
