419 fun!

Several years ago I got into 419-baiting as a hobby. I made up some really great characters!

Anyhow, I received a 419 today. I don't get them too often anymore, so I'm taking full advantage of this one:

I am so sorry about your husband's death! How long ago did this happen? Was he a Syrian rebel?

I would be happy to help you take care of your children. How do you propose we get them out of Aleppo and into the United States? I'm sure my husband would let you use our jet if necessary. Is there an airport close to Aleppo? How soon can we set this up?

Do you need a loan to help you take care of your children right now?

Please write back immediately. I want to know all about your children, too. Would you tell me their names and ages, please? And have they gone to a good school? That is so important for children!

Oh.....and as you can tell, I don't need your money. I have plenty of my own, since my husband owns three casinos here in Las Vegas, Nevada.

All children should have a good education. I have already started a private school here, and I would love to enroll your children in our school after we bring them to the United States.

You can work in one of the casinos, too. We need people to watch the casino guests to make sure no hanky-panky is going on. Do you think you can do that job? I will make sure your pay is a little better than others. How about $24.00 an hour?

Unfortunately, I think "Aunt Melly" became known years ago to the underworld scum known as 419ers, and I suddenly stopped receiving any responses. I had'em going for a long while!
