| I used to make fresh fruit & yogurt smoothies every morning (need my calcium, you know). YUM! Since then I got hooked on Bolthouse's Green Goodness (go to link below for nutritional info & don't be skeered of the garlic... you can't taste it). When I lived around there you could get them @Publix. DELICIOUS... Well, all of them are, but Green Goodness is by far my favorite. Don't let the color or the ingredients put you off... tastes like apple, kiwi, pineapple, bit o' banana delicious freakin' goodness. If I could justify the $4 or $5 for a 52 oz. per day, I'd drink at least one every single day... but you know me... tightwad and all. lol http://www.bolthouse.com/product/greengoodness Naked brand makes a similar juice called Green Machine, but I don't like it nearly as well. Plus, Bolthouse has farmed this area for many many years, and grows onions, carrots and several types of lettuce in the valley directly over the hill from me... about a mile from my place, as a crow flies. | |

| I drink it straight, but have been known to use it to make smoothies too. I drank a 32 oz bottle of it today... soooo delicious! | |

| So what's the verdict, 3w? Tasty-liscious???
I had to go to town today and had to go into a different store than I normally shop in and they didn't have the Bolthouse brand so I grabbed a couple of the similar Odwalla drink. Not as good -- AND not grown locally! -- but still yummy. | |
