| This is inconceivable! A guy is attacked in plain view of cops on subway train and stabbed 7 times before the victim disarms the killer... City says the cops had no duty to protect the victim on a train. The killer had fatally stabbed three people in Brooklyn and killed another with a car during a 28-hour rampage when he entered an uptown No. 3 train on Feb. 12, 2011. The damn cops were on a manhunt, LOOKING for the killer and just told the killer to "go away" when he tried to get into the conductor's cab with them, saying he was a cop too.
