Back From Aspen

Back from Aspen, we were in Snowmass which is a small village outside of the city. This is a view from our hotel....right on the slopes, with access to the ski lift and gondola.. Stone loved the snow and so did we. The temps ranged from 6 degrees to 23 degrees yet a light jacket during the day (if you weren't skiing) was all you needed. No wind, no humidity just a dry pleasant cold. It snowed on us Tuesday night, Wednesday off on all day and on Thursday. The views were breathtaking.

Our plane was delayed so we missed out Dallas connection and had to spend the night in Dallas....finally got home with just that one glitch. Very nice trip and the 6 mos old was a pleasure the entire trip.

The youngster looked like he was having a great time.

But ooooh.....it just LOOKS cold. That's enough to scare me.

PB....our damp windy cold with temps in the 50's is worse than the dry cold at 25 degrees. When outside during the day and not skiing, a light jacket is all you needed.

True, I have skied in weather where all we wore was snow pants and short sleeve shirts.

LOL...he was pulling away from his mommy so he could put his hands in the snow again.
