I will post some interesting figures from there CMPA financial report in a day or so. Mr Debates has already did this in the PNJ. But I will recap it for ever one here. In short they are moving their short comings to the city in order to keep from showing the real costs. I think the city is basily subsidizing the Ball Park with reduced or none billed labour. It would also impossible to determine as no one has seen a fee schedule, work orders, or man hours charged from the city. But they are moving expenses into the Citys General fund. I will post these numbers soon.

I wouldn't mind public monies being spent to subsidize the a park, but dammit, this park, so far anyway, is just a rich man's whimsy. If they had PUBLIC facilities out there, like bathrooms and some roofed picnic shelters along the waterfront, it would be an easier pill to swallow when taxes go toward the park.
