Justified Shoot in Milwaukee.... Empty
PostSubject: Justified Shoot in Milwaukee....   Justified Shoot in Milwaukee.... EmptyMon Aug 15, 2016 4:18 am

Officer's body camera:....Thug was armed....thug raised the gun....Officer reacted accordingly and stopped the threat...The article in the Milwaukee paper then added...'not known how many shots were fired'....duh, enough to stop the thug from injuring/killing the officer---which is how officers are trained--shoot to stop the threat...

So once again the rush to judgement allowed thugs to capitalize on looting and rioting...watched several carrying out arms full of merchandise...yeah they were terribly upset over the incident...

It was only a matter of time until this dude got whacked by someone:

"Smith had been in trouble with the law dating back at least to 2011, according to arrest records released by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office late Sunday. He was arrested or ticketed nine times in that period — for the shooting, a robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, theft, possession of heroin and more. His most recent arrest was July 22 for possession of cocaine, records show."

He was living the Thug Life!...In the shooting charge there was also Witness Intimidation charge in which he thrreatened the witness with a gun.... But as we've learned being a Thug does not keep someone from being a reason to riot/loot....and their survivor(s) to speak at the Democrat Convention!...Guess it's appropriate to call this Thug a Thug but somewhere there'll be someone offended....

No, this young man was a thug and I don't resent anyone calling him that. He had a long criminal history and he was definitely armed when he was shot. This guy was a thug and got what he deserved. He was violent and a danger to society.

Neither Trayveon Martin nor the child armed with a toy gun was a thug. They had no criminal history of breaking the law or violence. They ended up dead for no good reason.

I don't suppose you can see the difference though.

No ONE called the child from Cleveland with a replica lookalike gun a thug so you're completely wrong as usual in saying anyone did....Further you are and continue to be wrong when to continue to proclaim tm as an innocent victim....he made the decision and paid the consequences for his poor decision...Certainly not proclaiming Zimmerman as completely innocent either so doesn't appear that I'm the one that can't or won't see the difference----he was acquitted but then there are SO many that think they were there  and know better than the jury and the evidence/facts presented....Must be nice to posses the capability to know so much more than those with the information that ruled on this matter....The person I've constantly referred to as a 'thug' was mb in the ferguson case...I have to be careful not to make this sound as an attack because the rules are different for different posters as to having the ability to do so....some can a few can't....

Lastly, in this incident as the stand your ground law is written...it seems that BOTH had opportunities to retreat before engaging one another again prior to the fatal shooting...Neither made that decision to do so and also felt that 'neighborhood watch' personnel should have better training as to their duties and repsonsibilites and NEVER advocated any of them to be armed---so once again you've misrepresented anything that I posted...

The "stand your ground" law" has allowed many Floridians who should be in prison today to stay out. I don't agree with it at all. If a shooting could not be called self-defense without any question, it should be decided in a court of law.
Trayveon Martin was walking while black in a mostly white neighborhood. Zimmerman had no reason to approach him but because he didn't want "those people" to get away with something again (nearly a direct quote that he made just as he stopped), he was the instigator of the incident.
He was the one who was armed.
Stand your ground was tried as an excuse but was not accepted by the court in his case, otherwise Z wouldn't have had a trial. That's a fact.
