PostSubject: No surprise from the FBI email announcement   Tue Jul 05, 2016 12:07 pm

Did anyone really expect the Farm Animal to be held to the same standard as even the people who worked for her at State?

Even though the FBI caved they did confirm she has been lying in public about the email mess. No surprise there, she's an epic liar.

Listen to the statement carefully and you will realize just how incredibly careless and stupid she really is.

Of course her "supporters" don't care about that since they are equally stupid.

As a headline stated this morning:  "LAWS A FOR LITTLE PEOPLE"

'Dangerous....Careless'....These are acceptable traits of a sec of state and probable potus....It's amazing that this administration has prosecuted several for mishandling of classified information and yet......There used to be a time when all of this mess would have been unacceptable no matter who was doing it and now like many things the lying...cover-ups and disregard for laws...rules...regulations are the the new norm and those that are in charge or supposed to be in charge are immune from their own arrogance and stupidity.....Yeah she and her supporters should be proud of her 'victory' and celebrating...

**** In 2015 the doj prosecuted/convicted a Naval Reservist for mishandling classified information and did not prove malicious intent....Nice to know that a reservist and others are held to a higher standard that the so called leaders...

Hard to believe that some people want this loose cannon in charge of nuclear weapons, the military, and foreign affairs. She's not even an effective liar.

This shows how ridiculously incompetent she is:

"Most importantly, Comey said the FBI found 110 emails on Clinton's server that were classified at the time they were sent or received. That stands in direct contradiction to Clinton’s repeated insistence she never sent or received any classified emails. And it even stands in contrast to her amended statement that she never knowingly sent or received any classified information."

Obama told us how this admin would determine this last year... no surprise. Its how they've handled every illegality... obstruct, evade, destroy and with hold evidence, use executive prividge later determined to be unconstitutional, persecute whistleblowers, secret warrents... etc. THE least transparent and accountable admin since fdr... and before that wilson. No coincidence that they along with lbj are the most progressive presidents in our history.

I don't think it a coincidence that Bill just happened to be at the same airport as Lynch for a not-so-spontaneous meeting mere days before the announcement - it gave Lynch a perfect excuse to say she would go along with whatever the FBI recommended. She simply threw away her responsibilities as AG at that moment since her real function is to examine evidence presented by the FBI and make a decision to prosecute or not. Exactly as Oblamer and the Clintons planned.

The whole thing turned into a farce. The only positive was the FBI publicly rubbing the Farm Animals face in her own pile of lies but that won't change weak-minded low intelligence voters like her minions.

Hopefully the idiots that vote for her get exactly what they deserve:  unemployment, no military, no police, and no weapons to defend themselves, but the freedom to use any bathroom they want to use no matter what sex they are..

Of course I'm not certain but I suspect Billary supporters are mostly drooling, limp-wristed, gun hating (because we all know GUNS kill not the lunatics pulling the trigger), abortion loving (after all a living fetus can't vote), mentally unstable types who use Depends...........but it is apparent the most important thing on the liberal agenda is bathroom freedom.........

Obviously letting the Farm Animal off the hook was a predetermined outcome. Lynch stated no charges before the DOJ even had time to look at the investigation documents. This administration is the biggest disaster since Peanut Brain Carter.

You really gotta or should wonder about where this nation is and/or where we are heading....The Speaker of the House [and others] are calling for national security agencies to keep classified information out of the hands of hrc....Just let that sink in and THINK about that....A former sec of state and a two time potus candidate being defined as untrustworthy...and "dangerous and careless" to see..or be briefed on classified information....This isn't republican/democrat/independent etc., this is the result of an investigation which concluded that hrc and her staff were "dangerous and careless" with their treatment of classified information...The FBI Director made these statements and NO ONE has challenged these findings....He further stated that she lied when making statements or questioned about these actions....This isn't a witch hunt...a right wing conspiracy or the fault of ANYONE other than hrc herself...She alone intentionally decided how she would conduct her business on a personal server and then later lie/cover-up for those "dangerous and careless" actions....After the conventions the nominees of both parties have traditionally been given national security briefings but now there's a candidate that has proven she is not capable of being trusted with such information and some/most on the left are hailing a decision not to prosecute/hold accountable-responsible as a victory...This woman endangered national security and has no consequences for those actions....which in a bigger picture simply illustrates just how much those that support her truly feel about this nation...Not ONE democrat has had the balls to stand up and go against their partys nominee....again that speaks volumes of the lack of respect displayed by those supporting this corrupt politician....

The Clinton Double Standard is obvious. Consider this Admiral who is being held incommunicado for a reason not even close to being as serious as what the FA did:

"Admiral in charge of Navy intelligence has not been allowed to see military secrets for years"

"WASHINGTON - For more than two years, the Navy's intelligence chief has been stuck with a major handicap: He's not allowed to know any secrets.

Vice Adm. Ted "Twig" Branch has been barred from reading, seeing or hearing classified information since November 2013, when the Navy learned from the Justice Department that his name had surfaced in a giant corruption investigation involving a foreign defense contractor and scores of Navy personnel."

Excellent Point!!!!....An Admiral in charge of Naval Intelligence not allowed to see/know secrets....If it's ridiculous in that instance why is it acceptable that a probable cadidate for president deemed too "dangerous and careless"?....These are the characteristics looked for in a president/commander-in-chief?

Throughout her life, hrc has been blessed with many advantages, opportunities in which she has served this nation as a first lady...senator....sec of state and she has squandered these opportunites....What where her accomplishments as a senator?...sec of state?...She failed MISERABLY in her leadership role in Lybia....she failed to recognize and/or respond to several requests from an ambassador calling for extra security and warning of danger to not only himself but Americans assigned....She then went on [with others] and LIED...COVERED UP the facts of the incident by blaming an internet video weeks after the attacks even though she knew the facts hours after the attacks/murders....hrc throughout her tenure as sec of state had the privledge and honor to see and be briefed on classified information....she intentionally abused that privledge and then LIED....COVERED UP and MISLEAD investigations to cover her ass....These are the characterics that she has displayed throughout her professional life in politics and service to this nation....She is a disgrace and not worthy of what this nation has entrusted to her let alone elevate her into the highest position....

I know one thing, I no longer think of the FBI as an institution with integrity. I think Gowdey hit the nail with this comment:

"if you are a private in the Army and you email yourself classified information, you will be kicked out but if you are Hillary Clinton and you seek a promotion to commander-in-chief, you will not be," Gowdy concluded. "So what I hope you can do today is help the average person, the reasonable person you made reference to, the reasonable person understand, why she appears to be treated differently than the rest of us would be."

ACTUALLY, when Comey testified before the House Committee on Thursday, he clarified the points he had made in his earlier message to the country. The 110 e-mails you are talking about were emails which were labeled as classified after the fact. He said that any reasonable person should have concluded they were secret and handled them more carefully, but that only three of the thirty or so e-mails Clinton sent on her servers were marked classified at the time they were sent. None of those three had a heading stating they were secret. What they had was a "C" in parenthesis within the body of the letter. Clinton should have noticed that, but Comey himself stated he could understand how it could have been missed. Two of those e-mails were about phone calls to be made later which were of a classified nature but were simply e-mails relaying the need to talk personally about some matter.
Comey did not say what the third e-mail which had the small "C" was about.

He did say that all 3 of those "C's" could have been missed by the secretary, since the heading had no mention of the message being secret.

Those are the facts. That's what was related after months and months of investigation with our tax money. Comey said Clinton was careless and if she worked for him there was a possibility he would have sanctioned her or fired her.

Donald Trump has hundreds of lawsuits against him asserting his blatant dishonesty in business dealings. He has funneled campaign contributions into his own private companies and overpaid his staffers thousands of dollars in transportation reimbursements, non taxable, out of public contributions to his campaign. All that's illegal.

I don't care if you like Hillary, if you trust her or not, but she is far, far, far more qualified to be POTUS than Trump ever could be. We have a choice of two. I'm not going to endanger the future of this country by voting for a loud-mouthed, bad tempered , blatantly racist POS just because somebody might have missed a "C" in three out of 30,000 e-mails.

Hate her if you want to- she's going to be our next president and I wish her well. She's going to have to deal with years of ridicule from all the haters out there, just like her husband did. I just hope she will be as good a president as he was.

Oh, and by the way, on Thursday morning Director Comey answered a direct question of "Did Hillary Clinton lie under oath to the FBI?" His answer was that he had no reason to think that she did. When asked if she lied to the public Comey gave the same answer.

Glad all us folks down here in Pensacola know better than the FBI director.
I just can't imagine how we know better though.

The FBI contradicted several of her "talking points" (lies) - it's no surprise that some folks overlook the larger issues and focus on 3 C's. I guess it's easier that way. LOL

Aside from those that would defend the clinton's no matter what.......There was a new poll out that 'most' disagree with hrc being exonerated by the fbi/doj....Further it's amazing that some will attempt to deflect by bashing Trump [and I'm not a defender] but what would you suppose the outrage would be if he or ANY other republican would have done exactly the same thing?....Trump wasn't "careless and dangerous" with national security sensitive information....Trump didn't leave Americans in danger and to DIE  in Benghazi....and Trump didn't 'LIE' during questions/explanations about the e-mail scandal.....No, there's a record with hrc and her manipulations of the truth through her actions it's just that there are and will be sheep that will overlook her dishonestly and untruthfulness....I've listened to hrc callout and chastise about 'White Privilege' and yet look at her life.....she's the poster person for squandering and failing in her opportunities that were given to her....She's failed at every level/position and yet the only thing she has accomplished is fooling 'brain dead democrat voters'....and just for the record that's what dem strategist James Carville called democrat voters---which would explain why after all her failures and corruption of decades she's still the best the democrats have to offer.....

The leftist support for hillary exists between the margin of "extreme carelessness" and "gross negligence". If you can't discern that margin... youre still capable of independent and objective thought.

Are you a Trump lover? Because we only have 2 real choices in this election. Both have been caught telling lies at some points in their career. I've told lies and so has anyone who claims he never has.

I will vote for the candidate who is the most qualified, who is the most respected around the world, who won't need a tutor when she enters the office, who won't shoot off her mouth in public, engage in racist rants, belittle anyone who doesn't agree with her by calling them idiots, and who doesn't promise to "Make America Great Again."
There's nothing wrong with this country that can't be cured by a little more humility and a little more concern for the poorest among us. I sure don't see any of that in THE DONALD.

I care about this country's future and Donald Trump would be a disaster in the White House.
The three "C"s were mentioned, btw, because they are what Comey discussed in his interview with Congress. It wasn't over a hundred e-mails, it was three.
That's on the Congressional record. That's the truth I care about, not what Fox news commentators say is the truth.

Like trump... obama had no substantive govt leadership experience.

Big Tobacco resisted smoking restrictions for decades, but ultimately lost the fight. It would be nice to think that was because smoking opponents had the facts on their side -- but as we know now, that's not enough. Look at what's happening with climate change and gun violence.

Opponents of smoking won because America learned about the dangers of smoking starting in the 1960s -- before Fox News, before the spread of right-wing talk radio, before the full-scale Kochification of our electoral system, before the Powell Memo. Smoking foes won because they had a head start, and because a report from the surgeon general of the United States was considered credible at the time across much of the political spectrum. (The heartland hadn't been trained to hate and mistrust government the way it has in the past few decades.)

↓ Story continues below ↓

..
If we were only now trying to deal with the negative impact of smoking, the big tobacco companies wouldn't just fight back, they'd use right-wing propaganda outlets to turn smoking into part of the culture war. They'd find a way to make smoking seem like a thing Real Americans do, to the horror of liberals in the big cities and academia. They'd tell us that those "elitists" want to restrict smoking in order to be "politically correct."

If we were fighting this battle now, smoking would be mandatory for hosts on Fox. There'd be story after story on Fox about non-smokers dying of cancer and heart disease, and about smokers living to advanced ages. Tobacco companies would provide lavish funding for pseudoscience meant to demonstrate smoking's health benefits

A lot of us voted for Hillary in the primaries. It was extremely close between her and Obama.
After that, the Republicans offered us Sarah Palin as a VP choice and someone who liked to sing about Bombing Iran as a presidential choice.

The country decided not to put either one of them in control of the nuclear briefcase. Americans aren't always as stupid as they seem to be.
